- Account information: Name, email address, business name, phone number when you create an account.
- Menu data: Photos you upload and the menu items, prices, and recipes extracted from them.
- Invoice data: Supplier invoice photos and the ingredient costs extracted from them.
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and analysis results to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide menu analysis and pricing recommendations.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To improve our analysis models and food cost estimates (aggregated, never individual).
- To send you service updates and, with your consent, marketing communications.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Stripe for payment processing.
- OpenAI for AI-powered menu analysis (your menu photos are sent to OpenAI's API for processing).
- Supabase for secure data storage.
- Vercel for hosting.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and encrypt sensitive data at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
5. Your Rights
You can:
- Access your data at any time through your dashboard.
- Export your menu analysis data.
- Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

MenuScore is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.
